MISSION STATEMENT
Your Way ABA strives to improve the quality of life of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. We aim to provide individualized in-home ABA therapy in the most effective and affordable way possible. Nicole Eugenio, MA, BCBA
Owner and Clinical Director
Nicole is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and owner of Your Way ABA, LLC. She has a masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Georgian Court University and a bachelors in psychology with a minor in behavioral neuroscience from Stockton University. She always wanted to work with children who have special needs and especially loves being able to do that in an individualized, one-on-one type setting.
Alicia Powell, Med, BCBA
Director of Operations
Alicia is a Masters level Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a second masters in education with an emphasis in math.
Alicia is a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst, certified elementary and middle school teacher, math specialist and entrepreneur. Aside from managing the day to day operations of the company, she also works directly with families on a daily basis providing ABA services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Alicia enjoys arts and crafts, Disney World and spending time with her family. She also enjoys using ABA to train her dog Buster.
